Building A World-Recognized Government of the African Diaspora
In September 2024, the African Diaspora Voters Education Board, LCA will launch the National Registry to be be used for voter registration in the first national election of the African Diaspora. The election will produce official Leadership recognized by the international community of governments.
Digital System Convenience
The National Registry will be launched as a digital system that transforms into a National Skills Database then finally evolves into a Digital Legislature. When the system completes its evolution into a Digital Legislature, the African Diaspora Government will begin its lawmaking process and establish the laws and requirements for citizens to campaign for elections.

4 Steps To Elections
Phase 1
Voter Registration
In the beginning the system will only allow people to register. We created A "Proof of Community" process to ensure foreigners do not register. No other features will be possible during phase 1.
Phase 2
National Skills Database
After enough people are registered an update will be released, allowing for voters to update their profiles by adding their skills, resumes and experience to their profiles. Similar to Linkedin. This will generate a national skills database
Phase 3
Legislative Department Nominations
Once everyone's skills are registered, another update will allow voters to nominate people to sit in departments that correlate to their skill sets. Those who receive the required amount of nominations will have access to sitting in the law-making sessions for that department
Phase 4
Executive Office Campaigning & Elections
After nomination, departments will establish requirements for citizens to campaign for Executive Offices of that department. Once that is done, another update will be released allowing our citizens to announce their campaigns. Voting will take place September 29, 2025
Our Mission

The success of our operations mean Black Americans & the entire African Diaspora gets upgraded with a Globally Recognized Government Administration with independent Jurisdictional Powers. We are calling on all parties who control significant marketing resources to unite and help spread awareness about our first election.
Short Term Goals

Our first goal is to welcome 100 committed board members to the Voters Education Board who will commit to promoting the voter registration drive for the political and economic empowerment of our people
Register 1 Million Voters 1st Week
We launch the voter registration system in September. 1,000,000 registered voters will force the controlled media and Presidential Candidates to address our national political movement
